This is the second quest in the line of The Catacombs series. There are lots of undead and oozes, with a few spiders. It's not a very hard quest, and the previous quest in the series used this exact same zone, so the west and south wings should already be familiar to you. The point of this quest is to find a survivor.

You start at the Entrance (marker #1). proceed to the Key Chest (marker #2). You will need the key in this chest to be able to open the Key Door (marker #3) so that you can get into the south wing. Be aware that there is a spike trap that surrounds the Key Chest. After passing through the Key Door, head south to the East Wing Switch (marker #4).

More monsters will appear along the way during this part of the quest. This is where the idea of a successful speed run for this quest will fail unless incredibly lucky (you would have over 3 dozen monsters following you by the time you reach the East Wing Switch). After using the switch, the gate to the east wing will open.

Head on to the Survivor (marker #5). After breifly talking to him, he will disappear and more monsters will aggro on you.

After completing the quest, you are required to exit to the Catacombs and head upwards to the Archbishops room and talk to him. You will be rewarded with a list of loot ranging from normal to +1 without diplomacy. Talking to the Archbishop after recieving your loot will give you the next quest in the Catacombs series, The Old Archives.
