Jasper Cruikshank has a standing contract for the defense of Archer Point against bandits and raiders. He will send you to Archer Point to fend off the scavengers who are gathering nearby.
Once you enter the zone you must kill at least 45 enemies to clear a path for Carrack the Restless. You must kill the leader of the hobgoblins to break the raider's morale. You have to be quick and complete this under 15 minutes, to prevent giving the enemies time to regroup.
